What do you do at Model55?

I handle all of Model55’s support cases. When something goes wrong with an order, no matter how big or small, I am responsible for figuring out how to make it right. I endeavor to resolve issues in a creative and timely fashion to ensure that our customers have a finished product that they are excited to show off!

What is your past experience?

I’m a 2008 graduate of Hudson High School with over a decade of experience in hospitality and customer service.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?

I’m constantly inspired by my colleagues and I greatly enjoy partnering with everyone both in and outside of my departments. Everyone here is such an adaptive, dedicated and cooperative team player.

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to work at Model55?

Don’t be afraid to open up! A lot of companies out there tout that they have a family like atmosphere, but Model55 is the first one I’ve worked for where that actually feels true. We are a very close-knit group and all get along very well–but we are also very welcoming to newcomers. We support one another and genuinely take an interest in each other’s hobbies and lives.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? 

Playing video games, reading, and spending time with my family—we are big fans of all things Disney! I like to think of myself as a bit of a wine connoisseur, and I am also a huge horror film buff.
