What do you do at Model55?

As a Project Facilitator at Model55, I act as a liaison between Model55 subcontractors (Local Staging Partners, handymen, and white glove installers) and our clients – managing the scheduling of appointments at communities and ensuring all applicable details, confirmations, materials, and other needs for appointments are communicated in a timely fashion to the appropriate parties. I also act as a liaison between our Local Staging Partners and the Model55 design team – ensuring Local Staging Partners are properly coached on Model55 field measure and install standards, making sure project materials are available in a timely fashion, and that direct communication between Local Staging Partners and Model55 designers is initiated for high priority projects and installations.

What is your past experience?

I graduated from Keene State College in 2018 with a degree in Studio Art and minor in Art History. During my time at Keene, I worked at a handmade tile company as well as a senior living community. After graduation, I worked at a sales company before interning at the Umbrella Community Arts Center in Concord, MA. Working alongside the Visual Arts Manager, I gained hands-on experience working in a gallery setting, curating art shows, and forming relationships with the residing artists.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?

Having previously worked at a Senior Living Community, I really enjoy seeing the finished product of our models and hearing how much the communities and residents appreciate having a fresh space to call home.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? 

I really enjoy sketching/drawing in my free time, it’s a great stress reliever and something I’ve always been fond of. I also enjoy finding new music and going to see live bands.
