We are currently looking for an additional full time Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for managing incoming and outgoing furniture orders. The Ideal Candidate is a great multi-tasker, organized, able to work well in a team, great communicator, and has a positive attitude. They must be efficient in picking and fulfilling orders, while consistently adhering to the proper safety standards of a warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Pull and process outgoing orders reliably, logging items as required
  • Restock incoming items accurately, logging items as required
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using dollies, hand carts, and pallet jacks
  • Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
  • Communicate to Warehouse Coordinator when necessary items are low in stock
  • Commit to all safety standards at all times
  • Perform regular inventory cycle counts
  • Work well in a team
  • Use equipment safely and appropriately and maintain as needed
  • Be neat and organized with records of incoming or outgoing orders (paper or electronic)
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Report any issues or inventory discrepancies to supervisors immediately
  • Competencies:

    To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

  • Able bodied, able to work on your feet for 8 hour shifts & be able to lift up to 50-60 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • General technological skills for inventory tracking and ability to be trained on different forms of technology
  • Substantial work history that shows dependability and reliability
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
