We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The role’s primary responsibility is to support the sales and marketing departments’ needs. In addition, this role will also be responsible for other support needs of the business including company culture and events management. The ideal candidate is a great multi-tasker, organized, able to work with creative people, have knowledge of social media platforms, and has a positive attitude!   • Sales Support
  • Update sales presentations
  • Draft client communications
  • Schedule meetings – external and internal
  • Preparation for Annual Client Reviews
  • Create opportunities in ERP system
  • Prospective Client Research
  • Prepare prospective client overviews
  • Research contact details
  • Create lists in CRM
  • Support management of CRM
  • Marketing and Event Management
  • Organize trade show schedules
  • Manage travel
  • Booking tradeshow electric, labor, etc.
  • Daily social posting
  • Other Support Tasks
  • Company culture and events
  • Other tasks as needed

  • 1-2 years experience in a support role in a sales and/or marketing environment
  • Microsoft Office, Office365 and or other CRM experience a plus
  • Adobe Systems specifically InDesign and Photoshop
  • Ability to write succinct, crisp emails
  • Great phone manner
  • Self-starter
  • Detail oriented
  • Enjoys working with people who are not detail-oriented
  • Have a passion for interior design
