STARTING HOURY RATE: $14.00 to $14.50 /hour
Model55 is a nationally recognized leader in the multifamily and 55+ senior living industry, specifically in the visual merchandising of model homes and apartments. We are experts in creating a sense of home for potential buyers and as a result, are able to increase occupancy and revenue for our clients. Model55 offers turnkey and custom designed models delivered anywhere in the United States or Canada.
We are currently looking for an additional Project Facilitator to join our team. This role is part time to start, with the potential to grow into a full time position. This position is primarily responsible for the communication to our clients, logistics companies and our warehouse, and network of regional designers and stagers. The Ideal Candidate is a great multi-tasker, organized, able to work well in a team, great communicator, and has a positive attitude. We can have anywhere from 20-40 projects going on at any given time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following: (other duties may be assigned)
Communicating with clients via phone and email
Maintaining various spreadsheets, calendars, and tracking documents
Scheduling measure and install appointments with designers and clients
Resourcing and coordination network of regional designers
Work with designer and logistics to address installation concerns
Coordinate the fulfillment of furniture kit requests
Relaying information from sales; communications with other departments
Facilitating all job related issues before, during, and after job installation
Provide customer service to all clients both internal and external
Work within the operating system to improve process and work flow
ADDITIONAL FACILITATION-SPECIFIC TASKS:
Partnering with Client Support Department
Source/interview new design contacts for our database (Design background preferred)
Vet designer websites for competency
Assess if a designer’s ability to draw floor plans meets our standards
Update/review designer paperwork as needed (packets, training tools, paperwork)
Filing/general clerical work
Troubleshooting with designers on site and community as needed
Conducting phone calls regarding community survey/feedback
Updating existing/filing new Standard Operating Procedures
Follow up on designer feedback following installations
Assist with designer training—videos, etc.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
Ability to handle steady workload
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of NetSuite (ability to learn software)
Apple Operating System (mac laptop)
