After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from SCSU, Sharon began her career in software sales. She spent 15 successful years working with national and global companies, collaborating with some of the world’s sharpest sales minds and gaining an extensive knowledge of business best practices and team leadership; but eventually Sharon realized she wanted to do something even more rewarding. With this history behind her, Sharon decided to take a leap of faith and become an entrepreneur, allowing her to embrace her passion for people in a field in which she has always had a natural talent – interior design.
Since becoming a business owner, Sharon’s motivation has always been to truly understand a customer’s vision and make that vision a reality. A self-proclaimed “before-and-after junkie,” Sharon loves nothing more than transforming an empty room into a beautifully designed space for her clients. It is the feeling she gets when her clients express their satisfaction that motivates her to maintain a level of quality that exceeds industry standards.
Outside of her professional life, what Sharon loves the most is spending time with her family. Sharon and her husband Bob’s favorite weekend activity is relaxing on Cape Cod with their four daughters and making long-lasting memories. Sharon also loves to be active, and enjoys golfing, sailing, and practicing yoga as often as she can. Every year, she and her seven closest friends of more than 25 years head west for an annual ski trip. She knows how unique and special these friendships and traditions are, and she is thankful for the experiences and good times they have provided. The values Sharon lives by in her personal life are also instilled in all of her professional relationships. Sharon considers everyone she works with to be a valued and trusted partner, whose success is her number one priority.
